Ordering From The Fine Fudge Company:

Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to purchase and click add to basket. You can then carry on shopping or, click  “checkout”

You will then be asked to provide your payment details so that we can process the order.

Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.

Prices shown are inclusive of any applicable tax.

The Fine Fudge Company reserves the right to cancel and refund orders. Multiple orders, including orders from the same billing address for popular products will be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery schedule:

We process all orders promptly. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the UK.

We accept online payments via Paypal which allow you to pay with your credit or debit card or your PayPal account. All payments are made to the Fine Fudge Company in £ Sterling.

You can purchase by phone using a credit or debit card by calling 07725515045

You will need to provide;

1, Your Name as on the card

2, The full 16 digit card number.

3, The expiry date.

4, The security number from the rear of the card.

5, Your address inc post code.

6, Your email address (for receipt)

Your payment will be processed securely by Squareup payment processing, using a fully secure system.

(It will be processed to the account of Alpha Zone Services, which will show on the receipt, which will be emailed to you.)

The currency display on site is for conversion illustration purposes in your local currency only. (Foreign currency purchases will be at the bank rate applicable on the day of purchase.)


The Fine Fudge Company, want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us.

We use only good quality, new food safe jars and boxes.

Postal packaging will be in suitably strong boxes and bubble wrap to protect your purchases, we take great care to insure that it happens.

We too buy online, and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases.

ECO FRIENDLY In these days of making the best use of the earths resources, we endeavour to use suitable recycled postal outer packaging, where appropriate.

In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement (if available) will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.

Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)

For UK mainland deliveries, a £3.00 per item flat fee is charged for a standard 48 hour service.

Multiple orders will be sent together and the appropriate charges will be given to you at the time you order by email.

Heavier items may be sent Parcel Force 48 hour, and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the item at a higher charge.

The Fine Fudge Company reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.

UK orders in excess of £50 are eligible for FREE delivery.

Discount Codes:

Applicable discount codes must be used at the time of ordering – we will not refund retrospectively.


If you are unhappy with your purchase or wish to cancel your order, please advise us within 14 working days, commencing from the day after delivery.

We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging, and, for health & hygiene reasons- Unopened. Please quote your order reference when you return your item.

The cost for returning products is your responsibility.

Orders saved at local sorting/Post offices and not collected, will be refunded only after they have been returned to us.

Please note it is the the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct address details.

We will not be held responsible for items not received/delayed due to incorrect details being submitted.

Lost Packages:

Royal Mail guidelines state they do not consider a package lost until 10 working days from the due delivery date for the UK or 25 working days for International packages have passed.

After this period, we will send you a Non Receipt Declaration form, which must be completed and returned to us before we can log a complaint with Royal Mail.

Royal Mail may, in the course of their enquiries, contact you to confirm a lost package.

We ask that you respond to their enquiries without delay.

Damaged Products:

If your order or product arrives damaged, please send an image of the item to us within 48 hours.

Please retain the damaged product and original packaging as this may be needed for further inspection.

Order Discrepancies :

Please email us within 48 hours of any discrepancies with your order. Please retain the original packaging and postal box as this may be required for further inspection.

On-line Security

Please note The Fine Fudge Company do not sell wholesale.

We do not cold call business or individuals, if you receive any correspondence claiming to be from FineFudge.co.uk, or if you are unsure about anything, please contact us immediately using the contact page on the website.

Orders can only be placed via our website, we do not accept orders via post or telephone for security reasons.

Payments can be made via phone.

Once you place an order with us we will send a confirmation email to you, if you do not receive this email, please contact us to confirm your order has being received by us.
